10+ years creating brand assets and effective media

My experience has enabled me to not only design but be hands on in lean global and national teams to drive ideas and impact to a high level, shaping ideas and collaborating with SLT frequently. I'm comfortable working hands on but also leading from the front with well planned project management alongside business awareness to create successful end goal results. Strategy, planning, management copywriting and audience awareness all fits into a successful creative outcome.

Brand design systems

CTA's, colour, font, logo, overall tone of voice. Experience producing for global and national brands. It's fun to build new systems identity and campaigns that stay consistent across channels, teams and markets.

Digital + performance creative

Web, HTML, paid social, performance plus, demand gen. All need to have their slight variant, over the past few years I've been designing media for a mix of clicks and brand awareness especially through PPC.

Motion design + content

Motion design for paid social, organic callouts and sales driving impact across media. I've produced product explainers for national EV products, global franchise upsells and also social content creating cheeky impact for likes and shares on brand campaigns.

Creative leadership

I lead creatives and stakeholders/SLT with a down to earth natural approach, we are all contributing to the same goal, so why not feel a part of the same team. Managing other designers, I plan weekly 1-1's and make sure they feel supported and heard not just instructed to do this, do that. 

Project management

A large part of my career has been in lean teams so project management has always been needed. I plan with deadlines in mind but also stakeholder needs, more importantly how can I deliver the right part at the right time. This limits scope creep and feedback loops where possible to stay effective and on time.

AI workflow / tools

AI has been a great to enhance in-house production capability, and ideas. With an expert understanding of the Adobe suite including motion and video, I'm adding process to Firefly, ComfyUI and experimenting with different Gen AI and node based prompting. Multiple times I've produced agency level assets with no budget or spend addition.
