Global Experience
Global brand work across Enterprise Holdings, supporting a major UK market push and ongoing EMEA delivery. I worked in-house for three years as a Senior Designer, translating big agency-led campaigns into high-performing in-house formats, multi-language assets, and scalable creative across multiple business lines. I’ve also delivered freelance work for global beverage brands including Asahi and Peroni.

The Approach


Take large-scale, high-budget campaign direction and make it work in the real world.
That meant building a clear system for reformatting, messaging, and localisation so creative stayed consistent, fast to produce, and right for each market, channel, and business line.


My Role
Freelancer + Senior Designer
Senior Designer, in-house, with ownership across delivery and stakeholder alignment. I led the adaptation of agency campaign work into in-house toolkits and formats, brought stronger motion and modern digital craft into a small but high-output team, and helped raise the overall creative standard. I also managed other designers and helped interns learn and progress within creative marketing.
Rollout
Work delivered at scale across UK and EMEA, covering multi-language versions and multiple Enterprise Holdings brands. Output ranged from campaign reformats through to franchise, internal, and multi-business-line comms across brands like Enterprise, Alamo, National, Flex-E-Rent, and Enterprise Car Club.
