Over the last 2 to 3 years I have led creative across multiple seasonal price led campaigns and always on deal activity for cinch and Marshall. The work needed to move fast, stay consistent, and scale across channels while keeping messaging clear for customers.

Context


Campaign work sat at the heart of trading, supporting daily deals and seasonal peaks throughout the year. Creative had to flex across different offers and priorities without the brand feeling repetitive or messy.


What I led
Creative Copywriting Creative direction
Creative Lead across campaign direction and delivery. I developed core concepts and design systems, set the standard for layout and messaging, and guided teams through reviews to keep output consistent and on brand.
I also managed designers across multiple briefs, directing workstreams and shaping final creative across cinch and Marshall. I stayed hands on throughout, from initial routes to production ready assets.
