cinchServicing is a new servicing and MOT offer built on cinch brand equity. I led the creative from concept to nationwide rollout, building an identity and toolkit designed to launch fast and scale cleanly.

Make car servicing feel as simple and trustworthy as buying with cinch. Clear proposition, strong recognition, and a system that works across every channel.


What I led
Creative direction + primary designer
Creative Lead and primary designer. I created the visual identity and campaign assets across OOH, digital, retail, print and fleet vehicles. I aligned stakeholders early, then delivered a rollout ready toolkit so marketing teams could deploy consistently at scale across 100+ locations.

Nationwide rollout 2026
Live nationwide into 2026, with the branding now physical and working at scale. The rollout spans 130+ locations, including two flagship service sites, plus multiple store and asset applications. The proposition has also run across OOH and paid digital as part of national media activity.
